1, 2004 SINGAPORE MITA (Ministry of Information, Communications & The Arts) is seeking feedback from overseas Singaporeans as part of its annual planning process. MITA does not need names attached to the questionnaires, and ensure anonymity. Tell us a little about where you are staying, what you are doing and the circumstances that led you to move to (country). 2. What factors are the most vital to you in locating in a country or city? 3. What opportunities, benefits and environment does (country) provide which Singapore does not offer? 4. What about Singapore are you proud of and what emotional, physical or psychological factors make you feel Singaporean? 5. If Singapore were to communicate a new compelling image, what would be our tagline? 6. Conversely, what about Singapore are you most ashamed of? 7. MITA's functions include government public communications, development and regulation of the arts, media, libraries and infocomms, conserving Singapore's heritage, and building a sense of national identity and sense of belonging in Singaporeans (please see info below).
